Hi folks,
When creating a backup on another drive of a job you’re doing in Studio before taking a break, do you just save a backup of the SDL XLIFF FILE, or also the smaller Project File and/or Project Files folder with the File Types?
Thanks
Jo

Save the SDLXLIFF and the SLDPROJ file Sep 3, 2010

The folder with filetype files will most probably not be changed during your work.
But do not forget to backup also the SDLPROJ file, this contains project settings for your translation.
In case you've been using a project tm, this would also be what shall go on backup.
You also need to backup your termbases and translation memories, used in that project.
