Hi all, I am a Trados Workbench wonk with a problem. So I badly need Trados users' help. The problem: when I open a Word document for translation, the Trados tools/icons fail to show up on the tool bar. I am instructed to activate the Trados 5 .dot model. Please help with easy to follow step-by-step instructions. Thanks.

Check if Trados5.dot is installed in your Word/Startup directory. In Word go to Tools/Templates and Add-ins and enable Trados5.dot if necessary.
In Word go to View/Toolbars and make sure the Trados toolbar is enabled.
Regards, Gerard
