Hi,
This must be something simple, but still I don't know how it happen and how to resolve it.
I'm working with Trados 2007 in Word 2007 and from the translated text segments only the target language segments are viewable. The source only shows while opening the sentence. Once it's been translated it's gone. It actually looks already cleaned, but it isn't.
Has anyone any idea how that happened and how to change it again. I'd like to see the source language segment as well.

Thank you.

Tools - options - view - hidden text Sep 7, 2010

If you search the forums for "hidden text", you'll find this is perfectly normal and easy to fix.

If you want to see both source and target, go to the Tools menu, then Options. Select the View tab and ensure that the Hidden text checkbox is ticked. You will now see the source and target text, as well as all the Trados tags.
