Must I save "Save All" in SDL Trados Studio 2009 before I exit? Or does the document with formatting and translated segments automatically get saved when I exit?

No, you needn't Sep 18, 2010

You must save only open documens if you have made any changes. If you try to close unsaved documents the program will prompt you to save each time you try to close a document. Try the hot keys combinations: CTL+S for saving and CTL+F4 for exit. And read the Help you will finad all the answers you need in it.
