I get the error message - check logon credentials - (see below) every time I try to use Trados 2009. This is a new error and I can't get in to translate. Their website is no help whatsover.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks
Lorraine

Check your project settings Sep 18, 2010

You probably have a server-based TM or an automated-translation provider defined in your list of TMs.

Either remove the server-based TM if you don't need it or if you need it, check and correct the logon credentials.

Open Trados Studio. View Projects.

Right click on every Project (unless you have already identified which project might be causing trouble)
Click Project Settings
Click Source Language --> Target Language
Click Translations Memory and Automated Translations
and you'll get an error message if something is wrong. Just remove the TM or the automated translation provider which is not working properly (you could add it again afterwards...)
