You MUST have the source file, from which the TTX has been created Oct 19, 2010

(follow up from TC)

You have got the TTX file from the client. When you do not have the source file, which was used to create the TTX, then you can ask as many experts you wish, the answer will always be the same: for creating Word, Excel, Powerpoint, InDesign and most other formats as target you must have the original file. TTX is always an intermediate format, created using a set of filters out of the original source.
In your situation either ask the customer for the source file or give up. There is NO other possibility.
