In Studio 2009 I tried to add an InDesign (.inx) file to a project and got the following error message "The file size is too large, please change File Processing limit settings."
I tried changing the file processing settings through options-file types-Adobe InDesign cs2-cs4-file processing, but it did not help.

If you are using SDL Trados Studio SP3 and have upgraded to CU9 which was released on Wednesday then there is a new option here Tools - Options - Java Runtime Engine Startup
There is one option, Start Java Runtime Engine when starting up SDL Trados Studio. This is enabled by default and is set this way to ensure better handling of functions that require the Java Runtime Engine. Please try disabling this option and then restart Studio and try to add your INX file again.
