Converting .txt into .sdltb on Studio 2009

Can anyone help me convert a .txt glossary into .sdltb or one of the other translation memory formats accepted by Studio 2009?

For the second option just create a translation memory in Workbench (Trados 2007), import the txt and then update this tm using the update wizard in Studio.

Hello Jerzy and thank you so much for your reply.

So I've apparently imported the memory, but have no idea how to go about updating the tm, as Update Wizard is not familiar to me. Can you be very explicit, please?

Start Studio Jan 17, 2011

and just go to Tools - the wizard is called Upgrade Translation Memory.
You can find it also as button on the Home screen.

...Is it possible to convert the memory back into a .txt format?

Export to TMX Jan 18, 2011

You cannot export to TXT directly from Studio.
Open the TM in Translation Memories View, export to TMX.
Now open the Workbench, the TM you need, import the TMX and export there to TXT.
