Studio 2009 - Preview - "method ~ failed"

Hi everybody,
since some days only I get the following message (screenshot), when trying to preview any .itd file translation in original target/source Office format (no problem if the target format is HTML).
Has anybody any clue, what the reason could be?

(Please remember, that I didn't have any such problem until last week, that nothing has been installed new, that no configuration changed. The only thing I remember is having tried the OpenExchange ap... See more

Has anybody any clue, what the reason could be?

(Please remember, that I didn't have any such problem until last week, that nothing has been installed new, that no configuration changed. The only thing I remember is having tried the OpenExchange app "SDL TTX It!" in a not intended way - I accidentially ran the tool on an .itd test file - without any error message.)
