Crossed-out tags when opening a segment

I work with MS Office 2007 (Home-Student edition), Trados 2007 and my operating system is Windows 7, Professional.

Now, here's what's going on.

I have to translate a Word document with segments enclosed between tags, which I should no way -of course - touch or change or whatever...

When I try to open these segments, the tags go crossed out, as if track changes were on, but it's not.
