SDL error: Failed to initialize view 'EditorView'

I have SDL Trados Studio 2009. When I try to open it, i get the above error message. What do I do?

My laptop is configurated in French, so I'm having a hard time trying to find this:

C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\[VERSIONNUMBER]


Could you please tell me what this would be in French?

... I think is this:

C:\Utilisateurs\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\

At least this is what it was on the machine we checked.
