Hello,

I am translating a powerpoint document with SDLX but the notes under the slides are not imported. Is there a way to do this?
Is it even possible? Or should I use TagEditor instead? I really would like to do this with SDLX.
I tried saving the powerpoint with the translated files in the notes view in order to re-import the document and see if SDLX recognizes the notes, but it didn't work.

My Powerpoint is 2007, I have Windows Vista and SDLX 2007.

Many thanks in advance!

SDL Edit options Mar 9, 2011

Before converting PPT to ITD file format, access Options tab of SDL Edit to translate/not translate PPT notes. I always do this and translate notes.

where is the option you mention? Mar 9, 2011

Hi Soonthon:

Do you mean when I create the translation project with the project wizard? I can't see any option where I can choose whether to translate/not translate the notes.

I also tried from within the edit interface but I can't find it.
