Multiterm SP4 makes Studio ask for licence key

Hi,

I have installed Studio SP 3 on my computer. It worked until I installed SP 4 for Multiterm.

Now I am asked to enter my licence key when I start Studio. My SDL account displays my licence key but says under "verfügbar" 0 (zero). But I have a permanent licence.

I have no idea what to do and I am in the midst of two large projects.

Can anyone help?

every SDL Trados user is elligible for free support on installation and licensing issue. I would therefore recommend that you log a support case over your profile.

Hello Stanislav,

Sorry, but what profile? I have even entered in a talisma conversation and tell me my licences are permanent. Which they obviously are not.

I updated to Studio SP 3 last year. When I now upload this again and try to install it a licence key is requested.

It is always the same: never change a running system.

I have uninstalled everything in the meantime and tried to reinstall - it doesn't work.

Licence Problem solved with the help of sdl.webex.com Mar 17, 2011

Hi all,

The collegues of SDL found out that the problem with the licence was my fsecure protection service. It was not a problem of Trados.

The help was quick and professional.

I am happy to be back to work
