I'm experiencing quite a frustrating problem with Tag Editor. My client sent me some .ttx files with the .docx files (the sources).
When I want to save the .ttx into Target, I got an error message : W14 is not defined.
Some people suggested to save the .docx into .doc. I did. But, of course, when I want to save into Target, the only saving choice I have is: save as: .docx.
One colleague suggested to save .docx into .doc and use the .doc files as source to create the .ttx.
Well, I'm not translating, but editing. All the sources have been created in .docx
Too make it more complicated, Word sent me an error message as well: "Word experienced a serious problem with the acrobat PDF maker office comm addin' add in. You should disable this add-in and check to see if an update is available. Do you want to disable this add-in?
Now, I'm back to the same problem
Can anybody help me, please?

If you have Word 2007: Open the file, go to File>Save as>and there you should find the possibility: save as word 2003 document or .doc or something like that.
If you have Word 2003:
Do you have Mycrosoft Office compatibility pack for Word 2007?
