Hello everyone,

I have installed TRADOS studio 2009, but still using TagEditor (8.3.0.863 Build 863 ),
then once deleted MultiTerm 2009, and now reinstalled Multiterm 2009.

When I save a file with TagEditor
Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error appears and I cannot save the file.

The message is:
---------------------------
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
---------------------------
Runtime Error!

Hello everyone,

When I save a file with TagEditor

The message is:

Runtime Error!

Program: C:\PROGRA~1\SDLINT~1\T2007_FL\TT\TagEditor.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

I have deleted all my V C++ modules, and reinstalled the latest one, but nothing changed.

Could anyone help?

Thank you in advance.

What format was the original file? May 1, 2011

I recently experienced the exact same thing.

I was translating ttx files based on html files. I tried everything, but it seemed I simply couldn't save the bilingual file in any way.
That is - until I selected the default html ini file. I hadn't thought of this, since usually one is alerted to chose an ini file of some sort if the ttx file requires it, but I had seen no alerts whatsoever.

Good luck ;o)

Have you checked your license? May 2, 2011

I am not sure if this is in any way related to this problem, but have you checked if your license is OK and not damaged in any way?

This can be done in License manager => View activated licenses.

terminate virus checker May 12, 2011

Thank you PCovs.

I reinstalled TRADOS 2007, but I did not terminate my virus checker first.
I had to stop it first.
That's seems the point.
