this is my first post here and I´m quite unfamiliar with forums. So I hope not to get on the wrong side of anybody if I first state my problem and introduce later.
I made an analysis with the SDL Trados Translator´s Workbench (2007). Now I found out that changing the "Minimum match value" produces different outcomes for the analysis. So far, I do understand why this is. The problem is that I can change the value to whatever I like, I still get unwanted results: at least one of the chapters I analysed has definitely not been changed since the last translation; opening the chapter with the TagEditor, it is translated within seconds without a single remark. So I do think that the "No match"-percentage should be 0. I rechecked this outcome with different match values, on different computers and with different versions of the same TM. It does not produce results I could hand to the customer. Does anybody know how to make a correct analysis or which match value must be set? Or where else I am wrong?
Thanks in advance for answers and help, Markus
