Export target file from SDL trados

Hi! I'm a freelancer and am using SDL Trados for the first time. I finish the translation but when I try to save the target language is giving me the following message: "Failed to save target content: Prefix 'mc' is not defined"... Any idea of what that means? HELP!!

Which version of Trados? Do you work in Word, TE or Studio?

Hi! I'm using SDL Trados Studio on the trial version! And the document I'm working on is in word format.

Can you preview the source file? Jun 10, 2011

Please try to preview source. If it works, the error is in the translation. If not, you will need to repair the Word file and start over again.

Nothing works! Help! Jun 12, 2011

We'll I try to start again but Trados is still showing me the same message!! What should I do? I'm desperate and need to send the document back on Tuesday!
