Unable to open a Studio package
Thread poster: Bethsalie

I am trying to open a Studio package but I get a message saying that it contains languages that are not defined in my installation.

Is there a mean to see what languages were chosen to create that package without opening it? I work always in English-French pair of languages and those are entered in my installation.

Would someone have any ideas?

Thanks a million!

I'm guessing that you translate French for Canada?

If this is the case it's possible that whoever created the project package specified French for France by mistake which may be throwing up issues.

The solution might be to ask whoever made the package to recreate it with the correct language pair.
