Studio 2009: Whitespace handling stops working

Hi,

I have rather big XML files (for DocBook) which have line breaks in the middle of sentences. So, my setting for Whitespace Handling is "Always normalize unless xml:space='preserve'" and this works for first about 1000 TUs. But then all spaces after these "in-sentence" line breaks are started kept in the Editor view.

Example, the source:
<para>To make Special Packs available during
installation copy the contents of each
Pack into a separate directory in the
     main installation repository.</para>

If this sentence is located in earlier part of the file, all line breaks and spaces are gone. Beautiful! But if the same sentence is copied to latter part of the file, all line breaks and spaces are kept and shown as:

To make Special Packs available during
installation copy the contents of each
Pack into a separate directory in the
     main installation repository.

Because of this issue, I need to use TagEditor instead...
