SDL Trados 2009: failed to save target content, prefix "mc" is not defined

I am trying to save a target file but get a message: failed to save target content - prefix 'mc' is not defined.
I know it has been in the forum, but the answers given won't help.
I aam working in powerpoint 2010 , I managed to save one of the files, also a ppt 2010 file, however cannot save any others. Please help!

The solution I used Apr 18, 2012

I have the same problem with Studio 2011.

Solution I used:

I saved the pptx as ppt and worked on the ppt.
