Good morning everybody!

I'm actually working on a big project with SDL 2009. Everything was working fine, I saved a file,
and suddenly my computer started to slow down. So I decided to close everything, I restart it.

Now, when I'm trying to open SDL again, I'm getting these error messages, and SDL doesn't open anymore.

-Service 'Sdl.TranslationStudio.Api.ProjectManagement.IProjectManagementService' could not be started.

-Failed to load project data from c....

-There is an error in XML document (1071, 96)

-There is an unclosed literal string. Line 1071, position 96.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Annie,

If you copy and paste the error message into the KB you'll get a few answers... the first one looks like the likely culprit:

Regards

Paul

Thanks Paul but... Jul 19, 2011

The only thing is, I can't find that file no where. Do I need to go into a different user name (i.e. Default) than the one I usually use?

None of the files are hidden, but I can't find this file no where.

Thanks for the link, I'll use it for the other error messages!
