Excluding translate="no" segments in XLIFF from analysis with Trados 2009

Hello everyone

This is question about XLIFF handling issue in Trados 2009.

Situation is:
The target XLIFF file has translate="no" and translate="yes" segments.
And the <target> entity has exist translation in the translate="no" segments.
Also the <target> entity has empty in the translate="yes" segments.

When "Display trans-unit segments with attribute translate='no' as locked content" is checked in XLIFF file-type settings, the Analysis report includes the word counts of the translate="no" segments.
How can i exclude the counts from analysis?

I know if the "Display..." check-box is unchecked, the Analysis doesn't include the segments.
But, in this case, the generated target file has empty target entity of translate="no" segments. This type output doesn't meet the delivery requirements.

Example:

Source file:

<trans-unit translate="yes">
<source>Click the Start button.</source>
<target></target>
</trans-unit>
<trans-unit translate="no">
<source>Select the Cancel button.</source>
<target>###previous translation###</target>
</trans-unit>

When "Display...." is checked, the Analysis log has 8 words. My expectation is just 4 words.

When "Display...." is unchecked, the Analysis log has 4 words. But exported XLIFF file will loose translate="no" area as:

<trans-unit translate="yes">
<source>Click the Start button.</source>
<target>###translated as target lang.###</target>
</trans-unit>
<trans-unit translate="no">
<source>Select the Cancel button.</source>
<target />
</trans-unit>
