I have recently upgraded to Freelance 6.5 from 5.5, and I have a problem getting Workbench to recognize terms in Multiterm. I've converted a M'term 5.5 base into M'term iX, and Workbench doesn't show any terms in the Multiterm window, even though I know there are some in the base. I've exhausted the options in the online help - i.e. I've tried optimizing the settings in "Term Recognition Options / Settings" and ensured that the source and target languages are the same in Workbench and Multiterm. Still no joy. Any suggestions please?

Ian

Hi Ian,
Which versions exactly are you using?

Did you change the Terminology provider in the Terminology settings (in Workbench), and selected the appropriate local termbase? Is the correct language direction displayed then?

You may try to reorganise the termbase.

HTH, Ralf
