can't save target after translating "ungrouped" graphics from Word

Using SDL Trados Studio 2009 to translate a PowerPoint 2003 file (ZH to EN), tables that were embedded graphics did not get translated. I copied these into Word 2010, ungrouped the graphic, then uploaded separately into Studio. Translation went smoothly, but when "saving target as", it only saved in the source language! Help! I have 40 of these to do. Thanks.
