Help?! Upgrade to Windows 7 and MS 2010 and Trados files looked weird

Hi, I recently upgraded my system to Windows 7 and MS Office 2010 but is still using Trados 2007 and 2009 for translation. I've been encountering numerous formatting problems when sending files to clients! The files are in Thai language and it will look fine on my computer or other users' computer if they are using Windows 7 but some of my clients does not receive the files that way. Can anyone help?
