WinAlign segmentation rules

Dear collegues,

I need to winalign a big project containing many xml files. The problem is that when aligning the segments, the program separates words and phrases that are links or are of a particular style (bold, etc.) as separate segments.
I have been trying to fix it using the segmentaion rule dialog box, but there are only rules for punctuation marks, nothing about links or styles.

Does anybody know how to fix it?
