Indesign CS5 ME encoding issue

I have translated an IDML file from German into Hebrew with Trados 2009, and after exporting and opening it with Indesign CS5 ME the whole text appears as written (letter by letter) from left to right, instead of the other way around (e.g., "ABC DEF" appears as "FED CBA").

Does anyone know how to fix it?
Is there anything I missed pre-setting in any of the programs?

Thanks in advance for your help!
Aviram

just change Basic paragraph style Oct 2, 2011

you need to change basic paragraph style (but not only...)

1- create a new doc, put a sample text and apply basic paragraph style
2 - copy a sample to your translated indesign file, and you will see (+) near to old basic paragraph style ----> update it
