Studio 2009 output font for Word 2007

I have a large text and many of the translated segments have different fonts. Is there a way to unify all the fonts before creating the output fule or are are they in the TM that way now? I'm using Studio 2009. I know I can format the output file, but it would be nice if it was uniformly formatted within the TM, too.
