AutoSuggest dictionary from server-based TM?

Hello everybody!

I use Studio 2009 for quite a time now but I have never tried working with an AutoSuggest dictionary.

In our office, all TMs are located on a TM server. I wanted to create an AutoSuggest dictionary from one TM we use the most often but apparently this is only possible from file-based TMs.

I could, of course, export this TM into a tmx file and create the dictionary from this file but isn't there another possibility?

And another question: When I create such a dictionary, is it only available for my computer? Or could I place it somewhere on a shared drive or on the server so that my collegues can use it as well? Or has every user to create his own dictionary?

Thank you in advance for your help!
