Trados markup not showing on Microsoft Word, even though Trados is working

Hi everyone
We are using Trados 2006 in Microsoft Word 2003. We have our document open, and Trados is working properly (we can open, edit and close segments, etc). The only problem is, for some reason the document is not showing as bilingual with the Trados markup. It shows only the source language, and reveals the target language only when you open each segment.
Any suggestions on how to fix this?
Many thanks,
Lloyd Evans

In Word go to Tools>Options>View>Formatting marks>Hidden text (make sure it's ticked).
