Hi all,

My customer needs a bilingual Word file as the output of my translation task (which I did in SDL 2009).

Is there any way I can do this for him?

TIA

Jaime

Workbench bilingual? Nov 17, 2011

Jaime,

If you mean the traditional 2007 bilingual word file, it's not possible.
You would have to export the TM, import it in WB, and run it over the word file.

If any bilingual format will, there is a plug-in that lets you export the file in a table-based word file:
http://www.sdl.com/en/language-technology/sdl-openexchange/AppDetails.aspx?appid=2

Yes indeed, I mean the workbench bilingual! Nov 17, 2011

I feared as much!

Thanks for your help!

I suppose I'd better get on with it then!

Jaime
