Hi!

I need to purge my TM and delete a few tens of thousands of bogus entries.

Is it possible to use a filter (like "last used by:") to purge an entire TM?

For now, the only way I know for deleting entries is submitting 100 by 100 entries at the time, which would cost me an eternity and a kidney.

Cheers!

Yes, it's possible in the TM Search section in Translation Memories view.

Use Add Filter command and then add relevant conditions with Add... button. Hit Perform Search.

When you know it works as expected, save your filter. Then right-click on the TM name in the TM list and select Batch Delete... and select your saved filter.

NOTE: Make sure you have a backup of your TM before doing this!

Great, my TM has been finally purified! I overlooked that right-click menu completely, cheers for pointing it out for me!

Have a nice day,
T.
