Save the Word file as rtf before you analyse it

This error is caused by the Word file itself. Most probably you will have also errors during cleanup. Save Word as rtf - if possible. If not, try to use Open&Repair in Word. Should this not help, use OpenOffice to open the Word file and save as Word again. This can work like magic sometimes.
