Hi!
I have Multiterm 7 and I encounter some problems when trying to convert an Excel sheet with Multiterm Convert.

At the beginning, there was a message on step 3/7 saying "an unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your application... an entry with the same key already exists".
I could solve this with the help of another forum post.

However, when I´m on step 6/7, another message appears saying "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" and I can´t do anything else.

Many thanks!

Verónica.

hi Veronica Dec 6, 2011

Did have a look on the solution finder on SDL webside?

What about asking the support : techcomms@sdl.com

Good luck

Hi!
Yes, I´ve tried searching there too, but I couldn´t find anything helpful for this particular problem.
