Trados isn't providing accurate wordcounts!!

We're trying to run documents through Trados which clearly have around 100 words per page. Trados however is offering us counts of between 1 and 15. Has anyone encountered this problem? It clearly meant that the repetition count an analysis is off kilter too!!

Hidden text or styles applied? Dec 16, 2011

It looks like some sections of the documents you are trying to analyze use hidden text or a style that has the "DO NOT TRANSLATE" attribute in the translation memory. I'd check that first.
