Could someone please give me pointers on using the X-Translate function? I've seen several references to it in the documentation, but I haven't been able figure out how to initiate the wizard. I have a bilingual Trados file to use as a reference. My Trados Freelance release is 6.5.2.
Thanks, Kevin

X-Translate and Freelance? May 28, 2004

I think X-Translate is not, or at least till now, included in the Freelance version.

You'll need the Corporate Version.

Greetings

That certainly explains it! May 28, 2004

I had received some X-Translated files from an agency in the past and gave any thought to the possibility that it was performed by a utility not available in Freelance. I assumed that the reason this function wasn't explained was due to poor documentation (I'm one of those people who actually reads the manual!)
Thanks, Kevin
