Hi, I'm new to studio and can't seem to get an analysis of the files. In the files view, the analysis statistics all have n/a (not applicable? or not available?) in all the columns. Why is this please?

... because you have probably used "Open Document" as opposed to creating a Project so the file has not been analysed yet. The advice from Bernard should correct this.... but make sure you save the file first or the batch task will not be available.

Regards

Paul
