Hello, I have translated automatically with Workbench a word file and all the segments with REF fiels were ignored, despite being already present in the TM as 100% match.

I set the placeable penalties to 0 but it did not work.

How can I get these segments automatically translated?

Doing it afterwards by hand is not a good idea, since my version of Trados (2007) changes the fonts of the word file to times new roman all the time when I open and close a segment.

Thanks in advance.

What are REF fields? Mar 4, 2012

And why translate in Word? This is the best way to destroy the file...

... I am asked to deliver a Word file.

I translated first in ttx but I can't save it as a bilingual word file, just as target (monolingual) word file.
Any recommendation is welcome. I've been working just in ttx for years and now I am really lost with the problem of the fonts...

By REF fields I mean the placeables that look grey when you clic on them and look like this, for example:

{REF _ref123... \r \h}
