since this morning I' ve had this error every time I try to do a QA check: (-2146233088): An error occurred during the QA check.
I've already tried a few things: - restoring the computer to earlier settings - deleting the service pack I just installed - repairing Trados 2007 (found this suggestion here on the forum) - checked the trademark check (also found this suggestion here)
but nothing worked! The only thing I can think of is deleting everything from trados (I also have Studio 2011 installed on my computer) and install it from scratch (and hoping that this will solve the issue). I've also read that this problem might be file-related but this is not the case. I asked somebody else to check this and she could perform a QA check without any problems on the documents.
Does anybody have an idea what might be the problem or offer some help?
