trados error: the segment doesn´t seem to have translatable content

Hello to everyone, I hope that somebody can help me out.

I am working with trados 8.0 with tag editor. I am using a memory given by the client and I had to import a tmx (memory) too.

When I want to analyse the document t see the wordcount, I receive this message : the segment doesn´t seem to have translatable content, please press "restore source" and the open/get.

Does anybody know why I am receiving this message?
