Hi,

I use Studio 2011 and erroneously imported many entries in a terminology. I would like to delete them, but I guess this won't be possible without re-exporting everything and treating the entries in xls.

Now my questions:
is there any possibility to suppress them in one click if I filter them?
if not, how can I export my terminology to an editable format like xls or word?

Many thanks,
Caroline

Catalog View Apr 4, 2012

Hi,

I'm not sure exactly how many entries you want to delete:

1) Either right-click on the term you want to delete in Terms view and select Delete

2) Click on Catalog View and export - you got various options, your choice would be tab delimited if you want to use Excel

3) Create an advanced filter under Catalog View

HTH,

Bernard
