Dear all,

I've just finished I long and urgent
translation job with Trados Studio freelance 2009 (SP3) and now I should save the sdlxliff file in idml format (I received the idml file from the client and created the sdlxliff with Trados). Unfortunately I receive this message:

Failed to save target content: An error occurred during a call to
extension function 'AddToStack'. See InnerException for a complete
description of the error

Any ideas of what I could do?

Lorenza

QA Check Jun 11, 2012

Hi Lorenza,

Open the file in your editor and press F8 to run a QA check. If this doesn't help to identify and fix a potential problem then if you can please feel free to send me the files to take a look. I'd need the original source and the fully translated sdlxliff.

Regards

Paul

Trados 2011 helped! Jun 20, 2012

Thank you Paul for your kind reply. I didn't answer before because I was on holiday.

The QA check gave me no result, but a colleague suggested me to re-create the sdlxliff-file in Trados Studio 2011 and to translate it using the "old" TM: this way I was able to export (save) the file in idml format and deliver my translation on timeicon_smile.gif!

Lorenza
