Dear colleages,

I have just downloaded the demo SDL 2011 and it seems the downloaded finished without problems but there is no icon nor programme in my computer. Is this possible? Should not it be in my desktop or the programme list in the Start button?

Thank you all in advance!

Downloading folder Jun 11, 2012

If you are a PC novice, a default downloading folder is set in most PC e.g. [Windows] My Document > Download or other folders you might have had set before.
If you happen to download to hidden folder or temporary folder, you cannot see the file [This sometimes occur to my cousin's PC].

It is not there Jun 11, 2012

Dear Soonthon,

I have checked the "Downloads" folder and it is not there.
I really have no clue...

Thank you in any case for your help!

Hello Beatriz,

Just to be sure, since it does not seem like a problem with trados itself: Did you just download the install files or did you already install them? If you're using Internet Explorer (version 8 and up I believe) press CTR and J at the same time and your list of downloads should pop up. Your file should be there, and ready to runicon_smile.gif

Good luck!

I am from SDL.

You could try and search on your computer for the file:

Note that the ENIT would change depending on the languages you selected.

If you look for SDLTradosStudioDemo*.exe

you should be able to find the file.
