I just bought Trados SDL starter Edition, I installed it and when I am typing in my license number, I have an error message telling me the license has expired.

A few months ago I installed the trial version, and uninstalled it after the 30days period has expired.

I dont know what to do, I hope someone here can help me, I have important contracts to hand in in a few days and I am really stressed because of that problem with trados. :S

Thanks in advance!!

License reset Jun 13, 2012

Hi Glaire

You will need to contact the Licensing Team to request the licence be reset

To do this:

Go to the Knowledgebase;

Then go to the tab called Solution Finder and now go here;

Licensing Problems
- I have lost one of my license activations and would like to have it reset.

This will bring up a form that you can fill in to generate a support request and you will be contacted, normally within a working day.

Hope this helps
