I am working on a file that is mostly editing. I use my left hand for the shortcuts and my right for mouse functions.
I changed the shortcut for "Confirm and move to next unconfirmed segment..." to Ctl+OEMTilde. I would like to retain the functionality of the original shortcut and add the second.
Can I do that?

You can use http://www.autohotkey.com to run the original shortcut when you hit your own.

If you tell us the software you're using... Jun 24, 2012

then maybe you'll get a valid answer. For the time being use the solution suggested by Antonin.
