In the middle of a big translation assignment, I am unable to work in Trados right now. I keep getting the following message " An unexpected error has occurred while loading the global plug- in services" followed by "Object reference not set to an instance of an object". Not quite sure what that means.

I have tried several things, to no avail. Could someone tell me what is going on? And because my deadline is looming, could I send the file to someone with Trados? I would appreciate... See more

I have tried several things, to no avail. Could someone tell me what is going on? And because my deadline is looming, could I send the file to someone with Trados? I would appreciate it if that person could open the file in Trados, save the Target file in a Text or Word format, and send this back to me. I will then complete it in that format. I don't know what else to do considering the malfunctioning of Trados.
