I'm trying out Trados Studio 2011 at the moment and am wondering if anyone has used the Starter Edition. I'd be interested on hearing their opinion of this product. I've been told that you can't accept translation memories from legacy versions. Does this mean that I can't accept ttx files, which seems a bit silly seeing as from what I can gather a lot of agencies still use these?
I'm wondering whether I should wait until there's a good offer on the full version but I don't know when that would be.
Thanks for any advice.
