Hello,

after returning my lincese I tried to activate Studio 2009 on my new computer. The product activation wizard guides me through the process and at the end I'm told that my product is activated. However, when I next start up Studio, the wizards open again and I have to go through all the steps again. I'm not given any error message at all.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Maria

Log a support case Jul 29, 2012

Hi Maria,
go to http://kb.sdl.com > Solution Finder > Licensing Problems > I have a problem with (de)activating my software > I have SDL Trados Studio 2009 or earlier > Product activation was successful, but the software does not recognise the license > I do not use XP mode on Windows 7.

Once there, a form will be displayed where you can log a support case.
