I just bought a license for the Studio 2011 Starter edition.
I put it the number on the activation prompt and it said the license is expired.
Impossible. It cannot expire in less than a day.
I tried looking for info through the forums and the knowledge base.
Even sent an email to a sdl staff member (which bounced because he's out of the office)
but so far nothing has helped.
That's two days of a timed software that I paid for and didn't get to use.
How can I deactivate it (in order to reactivate) if I cannot get past the prompt window?
Also, how can I communicate with SDL, anybody has a number.

I think you will be directed to contact the SDL Support team for your problem.
Even I had an issue with the installation, and I was asked to raise a ticket.
The procedure can be found in a previous post of mine...
Please take a look and see if it helps....
