I’m virtually at my wit’s end…
Could somebody please inform me how to contact SDL Support?
I have been trying to send a support ticket, but some of the fields are greyed out, I can’t insert any text and, of course, cannot submit the ticket…
I have spent lots of time on this and am slowly getting desperate.

Hello
I am from SDL.

If you have a support contract you should be able to log a ticket here:
https://oos.sdl.com/asp/products/ssl/account/mysupport.aspx
Once logged in you will be able to log a case.

If you don't have a support contract, you can still receive installation and licensing support.
In order to do this you can:
1) Visit http://kb.sdl.com/
2) Select in the top menu, Solution Finder
3) You can then select from the 3 options whether it is Installation and download problem or Licensing
4) Once you exhausted the 2 or 3 sub item that the system will ask you to check, you will be able to log a ticket if the issue can not be resolved.
